Mary’s main passion is giving back to what has been so good to her…life. Working on such an intimate level with patients is such an irreplaceable experience. She acknowledges what a privilege it is to be able to touch and heal in so many ways. It is such an honor for her to assist someone in transforming their skin. Mary has trained in the medical esthetics industry since 1996 and still retains her passion for skin care. When setting up the clinic, her main intention was to create an environment that was both nurturing and sophisticated; a place that would be a true reflection of all of us who have chosen to make this their work environment; a place where the true love and compassion we all feel for our patients washes over you the moment you walk through the door; and most importantly a place where you can transform your skin and celebrate your journey.

Carrie Weaver, Manager & AE

Carrie has been practicing in the field of medical aesthetics since 2002.  Her personal passion for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle shine through in every interaction with her. Carrie’s professional achievements include maintaining unique relationships with her patient base of over 1500 people, a positive reputation in the medical aesthetic field, and continued procurement of new treatments & ingredients to improve her patients’ results. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Modern Political Theory, her researching skills are constantly applied to seeking out advanced technologies to procure for Alvarado Institute of Skin Care’s advanced skincare programs. When Carrie is not at the Medical Spa, you will find her working out, going to live concerts, or indulging in one of the many boutique restaurants in San Diego. Her sense of vintage & urban style adds to the comfortable and relaxed feeling at Alvarado Institute of Skin Care. She will always greet you & send you on your way with a warm hug and bright smile. Charmaine Soriano, RN

Charmaine is a registered nurse and cosmetic specialist, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from SDSU in 2007. She worked as a medical assistant for a plastic surgery clinic for 4 years, which is where her love for aesthetics started. She has been working in the medical aesthetic industry since 2008 with more than 8 years experience in anti-aging treatments and laser corrective procedures. Her profession is truly her passion. She specializes in providing cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, and is an Allergan Platinum Certified Expert in Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, and Kybella. She is also certified for other injectable fillers of Galderma and Merz products. Charmaine uses her talent and skills to help her patients look and feel their best.

Nassim Zeinali

Born and raised in San Diego, Nassim graduated from UCSD. After earning her degree, she worked for a renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgery clinic and became deeply engrossed in aesthetics. Eventually she returned to San Diego and began working at a medical spa where she was trained in body contouring and achieved her certification to become a CoolSculpting Specialist. Nassim is focused on boosting her patient’s confidence by helping them achieve the bodies they have always dreamed of. She takes a results-driven approach to her work and loves every aspect of the journey – from the initial consultation to achieving  the final transformation.
